GTI celebrates World Environment Day every year since start of its business operations in 2006. Along with the initial celebration, GTI also commenced its Environmental activities in full swing. The latest in the initiatives is procurement of 11 Eco- friendly RTGC’s for our new yard expansion that emits 10% less smoke than conventional Gantry Cranes.

GTI endeavors to set world class standards in terminal operations and considers Environment as yardstick not any less important than profitable growth. GTI’s full fledged HSSE Team  headed by a Senior Manager is totally focussed on effective implementation of EMS in level with Global APMT standards whose ambition is strive to become ‘Eco-efficient’- beyond compliance & demonstrate Corporate Citizenship in mitigating adverse impact on Environment.
